OK Win Forgot Password
If you forget your OK Win password, the login screen's own instruction is to contact customer service, and a Forgot password? link sits on the same form. Once an account locks, a separate message asks you to use Forgot Password to set a new password.

OK Win account locked after too many wrong passwords
The lock kicks in when a password goes in wrongly more than 10 times. More retries will not help, so switch to the reset route.
- Read the lock message. It names Forgot Password as the way to unlock and also offers a Contact customer service button.
- Tap Cancel to close it, then tap Forgot password?, listed after Remember password on the login form.
- Follow its prompts. Those screens were not opened for this guide, so their wording beats any description elsewhere.
- If it asks for a new password, follow the sign-up rule: at least 8 characters combining letters with numbers.
- Sign in on the tab that matches your account, as in the OK Win login steps.
Contacting OK Win customer service about a password
A home screen notice on OK Win referred to a 24/7 support team. Keep the mobile number or email linked to the account handy when you contact them, and never type a password into a chat, whoever the other person claims to be.
Does OK Win send an OTP to reset a password?
This guide cannot say. No verification-code box appeared on the OK Win registration form, and the reset screens were not opened. A code that does arrive belongs only on the OK Win screen that asked for it.
